Citizens Advice Swindon

Drop in Service News!! – Our offices are now open for in person triage conversations: Cavendish Square  Tuesday’s 10am – 1pm and Sanford House Thursday’s 10am – 1pm

We are operating a restricted service, numbers in the waiting room are limited, so please expect to queue outside before you speak to one of our volunteers.

Please note – this is a triage only service. A volunteer will ask you about your problem and either signpost you to the information you need or work out the best way for you to access the advice you need from us. This may be a booked telephone or video appointment.

All clients entering the building will be asked to wear a face mask and your temperature will be taken on entry.

Please do not attend the office if you or anyone in your household has tested positive for Covid-19 or has any of the following in the last 24 hrs – high temperature, new or continuous cough, loss of taste or smell

We are still providing our full advice service over the telephone 08082787813 (Calls to this number are free) and via our webpage email on the Contact Us page.

Due to high demand you may not get through first time, however we are operating a voicemail system and will call you back.
We aim to call you back with 48 hours.

We provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people’s lives.

Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.

We’re an independent charity and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.
